I met Cathy via e-mail 2 years ago when my friend had her organize a girlfriends trip to the Dominican Republic.  There were 8 of us and the trip could not have gone smoother.   All separate bookings, some double rooms, some single rooms, some trip insurance, some not.  We stayed at the Iberostar and it was spectacular. Since then she has organized a family trip for me to the DR, helped us with Airline Reservations to Paris, booked a Mediterranean Cruise  and a Caribbean vacation for my parents.  All of these trips went off without a hitch except for one issue with our family trip.  The transfer company lost my luggage and were pretty rude about it.  Cathy stepped in and got our money refunded along with a future trip credit.  I can't say enough about her -- she helps make vacations spectacular!
